These Terms and Conditions apply to the jk9 platform (https://jk9.plus) and all associated mobile applications and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted all of these terms.

Jk9 is an online entertainment and betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh. We offer Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer games, and lottery services. Use of our services is subject to full compliance with the terms outlined in this document.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.3 KYC Verification

Withdrawals above a certain amount require identity verification (KYC) at jk9. A copy of your National ID card or passport must be submitted. Without completed KYC, large withdrawal requests may be placed on hold.

3.3 Transaction Verification

Jk9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any suspicious transaction pending further verification. Users may be required to submit additional documents to complete this process.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at JK9 receive a special welcome bonus on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to qualify:

• The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of making your first deposit.
• Bonus Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.

4.2 Cashback & Loyalty Bonus

JK9 offers weekly cashback and monthly loyalty bonuses for regular players. Separate wagering requirements apply to these bonuses, and the full terms of each promotion are published individually.

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on jk9 use internationally audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) is fixed and remains unchanged during gameplay. No game outcome is predetermined.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, jk9 will cancel the bet and issue a full refund. However, results cannot be altered once a game has been completed.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limit

Jk9 sets individual maximum bet limits for each game. Separate limits apply to high roller accounts. Any bet placed beyond the set limit will be automatically rejected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JK9:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using or sharing another person's account.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to JK9's systems.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

7.1 Suspension by JK9

JK9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspected fraud, security concerns, incomplete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.

7.2 Closed by User

You may request to close your JK9 account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account. Self-exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming options.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
